Obituary of Kay Quinton

Helen Kay Quinton, 65, passed away peacefully Wednesday, June 21, 2023.  Kay was born January 29, 1958 in Panama City, Florida to the late Mr. Robert Bard and Mrs. Frances Mullis Bard.  A memorial service will be held Wednesday, June 28, 2023 at 10:30 am in the mausoleum chapel at Parkway Memorial Gardens. Kay will be laid to rest next to her beloved husband, Allen Quinton.  

Kay was a dental hygienist for many years until her health began to trouble her. She then began a part time career preparing tax documents for H&R Block and devoted much of her time to the children's ministry at Christ United Methodist Church and precious dogs, Lucy and Chip. She was loved by all who knew her and will be greatly missed. 

Kay is survived by her siblings: Janet Bard, and Robert C. (Karen) Bard, ; nieces: Meagan (Donovan) Borders and Danielle (Cody) McCallum; great nieces and great nephews: Miller McCallum, McClain McCallum, Maverick Borders, and Mullis Borders; and a host of extended family and friends. 

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests donations be made in Kay's memory to Star Bright Animal Rescue, 3101 Moseley Rd, Byron, GA 31008
