Obituary of Alfredo Quinata

Warner Robins, Georgia, Alfredo Babauta Quinata, 79, went home to be with his personal Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Tuesday, June 14, 2022 surrounded by those he loved and cherished. A Memorial Service honoring the life of Alfredo will be held on Saturday, June 18, 2022 at 2:00PM at Anchor Baptist Church with Pastor Ron Crank officiating. A reception will immediately follow. In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations please be made to Anchor Baptist Church Building Fund, 970 Carl Vinson Pkwy, Warner Robins, GA 31093.

Alfredo was born on July 2, 1942 in Umatac, Guam to the late Juan Aguon Quinata and Maria Babauta Quinata. Alfredo was a hard working man who had worked at numerous locations during his 60+ years of working. In fact, Alfredo moved to Warner Robins, Georgia in 2000 to peruse an opportunity at Robins Air Force Base as a civilian. After years of dedicated service, Alfredo had decided to enjoy the retired life at the blissful age of 75. 

When Alfredo was not working he could often times be found chatting with his friends and family about sports and his favorite life stories, that he described so vividly. He also thoroughly enjoyed going out on a fishing charter for a nice deep sea fishing trip. Alfredo was an avid fisherman who loved casting a line and awaiting for a fight for a nice sized fish on the other end of the line. While Alfredo had accomplished so much in his life and enjoyed so much, nothing will compare to the love he had for his Lord and Savior, Jesus. 

Alfredo was a fisher for men and was a witness for the Lord who often times invited those he worked with to join him on Sunday at his beloved church. Alfredo understood the importance of serving the Lord his God with all of his: soul, mind, heart, and strength. He was a devoted Christian who ran the race and kept the faith all the way until he was welcomed home with open arms.

In addition to his parents, there awaiting for Alfredo at the gates of Heaven was his beloved brother and eight sisters. 

Left to cherish his memory is his beloved bride Mercy Quinata; Daughter, Mercy Grace Quinata; Brother, John Quinata (Niseng). Alfredo is also survived by a host of extended family members and countless friends.
