Obituary of Raymond A. Perry

Warner Robins, GA; Raymond A. Perry, 85, passed away and entered into eternal rest Friday, March 6, 2009. Graveside funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday, March 8, 2009 at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Sumter County, GA with Rev. Mike Slade officiating. Visitation will be from 6 PM until 8 PM on Saturday, March 7, 2009. Mr. Perry was born in Sumter County, GA on July 23, 1923 to the late Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Virginia Frazier Perry. He was preceded in death by his wife Grace Franklin Perry. Mr. Perry was a veteran of the U. S. Army and was a retired Civil Service Employee as a vehicle operator. Mr. Perry is survived by his Sons; John Raymond Perry, Bonaire, GA, Thomas H. Susan Perry, Bonaire, GA, Daughter, Donna Fielder and Blaine, Warner Robins, GA; Grandchildren, Jeffrey Alisha Fielder, Perry, GA; Kevin Abbey Fielder, Jacksonville, FL; Great Grand-daughter Kamryn Fielder, Perry, GA and several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to Second Baptist Building Fund. Heritage Memorial Funeral Home and Crematory are in charge of arrangements.
