Obituary of John W. Kreizenbeck

Warner Robins, GA: John W. Kreizenbeck, 92, passed away Thursday, January 15, 2009. Services will be held at a later date. Mr. Kreizenbeck was born on December 16, 1916 in Denzil Saskatchewan, Canada. He was preceded in death by his sister, Pat and brothers, Eugene, Ray and Paul. During the time of his duty in the United States Army, he went from a draftee Private to a Major during his 20 years of service. After he retired from the Army in 1961, he then worked for the V.A., as a Hospital Administrator in Boston, Indianapolis and Chicago, retiring in 1983. Mr. K then had a 15 year career as a â??Honey-Doâ?쳌 man as we knew him to do everything. Survivors include his wife of 65 years, Isabel Kreizenbeck of Warner Robins, daughter, Kay Foster and companion, Hal Stewart, of Warner Robins, son, Randy and wife, Karen Kreizenbeck of Independence, OH, grandchildren, Michael and wife Kristin Kreizenbeck of Boston, Grant and wife Gretchen Kreizenbeck of New Haven, CT, Destiny Foster of Warner Robins, sisters, Betty Papais, Blanche Fairbairn, Charlotte McClure, brothers, Vincent and Leonard Kreizenbeck. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to United Hospice of Macon @ 6060 Lakeside Commons Dr., Macon, GA, 31210 or to the Heartland Hospice @ 115 Ark Wright landing, Macon, GA, 31210, in memory of Mr. Kreizenbeck. Heritage Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
