Obituary of Felton G. McCoy

Warner Robins, GA: Felton G. McCoy, 81, passed away Monday, December 8, 2008, at the Heart of Georgia Hospice in Perry. Services will be at 11:00 AM Wednesday in Sacred Heart Catholic Church with burial in Andersonville National Cemetery. A rosary will be said on Tuesday at 7:00 PM in the chapel of Heritage Memorial Funeral Home with visitation to follow until 8:00 PM. Mr. McCoy was born in Wrightsville, GA. He was a retired aircraft mechanic from Robins Air Force Base and a veteran of the United States Army-Air Corp.. He had been a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church since 1948. Survivors includes his wife of 60 years from the Azores in Portugal, Suzana C. McCoy of Warner Robins, daughter, Teresa Maria Mats Uglem of Wheaton, MD., two grandsons, Jason Uglem, Eric Uglem and several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Sacred Heart Catholic Church Building Fund @ 300 S. Davis Dr., Warner Robins, GA, 31088, in memory of Mr. McCoy. Heritage Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
