Obituary of Wilma C. Collins

Warner Robins: Wilma C. Collins, 88, passed away on Monday May 19, 2008. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Saturday in the chapel of Heritage Memorial Funeral Home. Burial will follow at 2 PM at Morningside Cemetery in Rochelle, GA. Rev. Sydney Odom will officiate. Mrs. Collins was born in Wilcox County to the late Lowe and Tomie Anderson Coleman. Her son, Butch Rowland, preceded her in death. She was retired from Robins AFB and was a member of the Houston County Shrine Auxillary, VFW Post 6605 Ladies Auxillary, American Legion Post 172 Ladies Auxillary and the Moose Club. Survivors include her husband William â??Ripâ?쳌 Collins of Warner Robins. Children; William Collins of Texas, Michael Karen Collins of Hawaii, Robert Kim Collins of Nebraska, Marianne Bruhn Popik of Australia and Tammy Jim Street of Texas. Sisters; Jeanette Coleman of Warner Robins and Sue Ellen Cole of Tifton. 15 grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Memorial contributions may be made to the Happy Hour School, 200 Maple St., Warner Robins, GA 31093. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Friday at Heritage Memorial Funeral Home.
