Obituary of Albert J. Gould

McDonough, GA: Albert J. â??Alâ?쳌 Gould, 87, passed away January 7, 2008. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, January 9, 2007, in the Mausoleum at Parkway Memorial Gardens. Mr. Gould was born in Cambridge, MA. He was the son of the late Daniel and Josphine Holmes Gould. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Lucille Roberson Gould. He was a member of the the First Baptist Church of Warner Robins. While serving in the Unites States Air Force, Mr. Gould fought in the World War II conflict. He was a retired Air Traffic Controller from Robins Air Force Base. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Ruthann & Bob Moore of Jonesboro, GA, grandson and wife, Alan & Mary Pat Pogue of Denver, CO, granddaughters, Hannah & Rachael Pogue both of Denver, CO, brothers, Lawrence Gould & Bill Gould, sisters, Lillian Gould & Evelyn Charlton all of Boston, MA. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association-Southeast Affiliate at 3312 Northside Dr., Suite 140-A, Macon, GA, 31210 or to Sacred Journey Hospice Foundation at 138 Peach Dr., McDonough, GA, 30253, in memory of Mr. Gould. Heritage Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
