Obituary of Charles Lee Ussery

Warner Robins, GA: Charles Lee Ussery, 65, passed away Monday, December 3, 2007, in a local hospital. Graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday in the Ussery Family Cemetery in Laurens County, Georgia. Visitation will be from 7 until 9 PM Wednesday at the funeral home. The Rev. L.T. Ussery will officiate. Mr. Ussery was born in Bibb County, GA to the late William Henry Ussery and Viola Durden Ussery. He was also preceded in death by his son, Henry Lee Ussery. Mr. Ussery worked for the past 18 years for the Kwickie Food Stores in management throught Middle Georgia. Survivors include his sons, Charles Eugene Ussery, James Ray Ussery, Brooks Dale Ussery all of Warner Robins, brothers, Grady E. Ussery of Vidalia, James T. Ussery of Cochran, sisters, Wylene Ussery Manning of Dudley, Dorothy Wynell Ussery Rowland of Vidalia, seven grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Heritage Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
