Obituary of Chris Johnson

Bonaire: Chris Johnson, 17, passed away on Thursday June 14, 2007. Funeral services will be held at 11 am Wednesday at the Ray Horne Theatre for the Performing Arts at Northside High School. Burial will follow in Parkway Memorial Gardens. Chris was born in Macon on October 16, 1989. He attended Harmony Missionary Baptist Church in Macon. He was a rising senior at Northside High School where he was on the Varsity Football Team and the Junior Varsity Basketball Team. Survivors include his parents: Ovie and Pat Johnson of Bonaire. Brothers: Bryan Johnson and Kerry Johnson of Bonaire and Carlos Wilson of Macon. Grandfather: Robert Mercer of Macon. Numerous aunts, other relatives and close friends. Memorial contributions may be made to the Children’s Miracle Network, 858 High St., Macon, GA 31201. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Tuesday at Heritage Memorial Funeral Home.
