Obituary of Mickey Gene Thomas

Byron, GA: Mickey Gene Thomas, 47, passed away Saturday, June 9, 2007 in a local hospital. Services will be at 10:00 AM Tuesday in the chapel of Heritage Memorial Funeral Home with burial in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 7 until 9 PM Monday at the funeral home. Mr. Thomas was born in Monroe County, GA to the late Dempsey J. Thomas and Alma Fuller. Mr. Thomas worked as a meat market manager before he became disable. Survivors includes his daughter Melanie Y. Thomas of Forsyth, son Devin R. Thomas of Bonaire, sister Myra T. Ray of Warner Robins, brothers Franklin B. Thomas of Warner Robins, Lonnie L. & Charles A. Thomas both of Perry, Kenneth R. Thomas of Eastman, Eddie Dean Thomas of Byron and Nathan W. Thomas of Warner Robins. Flowers will be accepted but those who wish may make a donation to the American Diabetes Association Georgia Affiliate at One Corporate Square, Suite 127, Atlanta, GA, 30329, in memory of Mr. Thomas. The family may be contacted at the home of his sister, Myra T. Ray in Warner Robins. Heritage Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
