Obituary of Relda Rose Coleman

CENTERVILLE, GA Relda Rose Coleman, 75, passed away on Friday, May 11, 2007. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, May 15, 2007 at Shirley Hills Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Parkway Memorial Gardens. The Reverend Andy Cook and Dr. Napp Granade will officiate. The family will receive friends from 6 ? 8 PM Monday at Heritage Memorial Funeral Home. Mrs. Coleman, a native of Maud, Texas was the daughter of the late Van Rachel and Wilma Tiffie and the widow of the late Richard Coleman Sr. She was a retired administrator from the R.O.T.C. program at Fort Valley State University and was presently the administrator for Parkway Memorial Gardens and an active member of Shirley Hills Baptist Church. Survivors include her children; Robin Lynn of Cameron, NC, Rick Coleman Jr. of Cherry Hills Village, CO., and Randy Coleman of San Antonio, TX; Grandchildren; Scott, Danny, Brian, Katie, Nathan, Cody and Riley. Sisters; Nelda Stinson and Mel Baird, Brothers; Bobby Rachel, Rex Rachel, Mickey Rachel, and Buddy Tiffie. She was also survived by her longtime companion Dick Neves and his family and a host of loving extended family members. In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to the Shirley Hills Baptist Church Building Fund or the American Cancer Society.
