Obituary of Cherie Lane Jolly

Cherie Jolly, age 65, went to be with her Lord and Savior on March 25, 2022. A celebration of her life will be held Tuesday, March 29, 2022 at 12:00 PM. A graveside service will immediately follow at Parkway Memorial Gardens. The friends may greet the family, Tuesday, March 29, 2022 between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM.

Cherie was born in Warner Robins, GA on January 13, 1957 to Mrs. Roberta Howard Lane and the late R.C Lane. In addition to her father, her siblings, Mary Cole and Jerry Lane were waiting for her at the gates of Heaven. Cherie worked at Walmart Return Center for over 15 years. While she was not working, Cherie enjoyed spending time decorating, shopping, and most importantly, spending time with her beloved family. Cherie also enjoyed celebrating Christmas and being surrounded by all of her family on the holidays. Cherie was a long time member of Mt Calvary Baptist Church where she attended Sunday School Classes.

In addition to her mother, Cherie is survived by her husband of 48 years, Willie B. Jolly; children, Willie B. Jolly, Jr. and Marquiz (Michelle) Jolly; grandchildren, Sharpryre Jolly, Nytiva Jolly, Jarion Jolly, Kyli Jolly, Zoya Jolly, Marquiz Jolly, Jr., Orintae Jolly, Keila Carter; great grandchildren, Camdyn Bivins, Paris Johnson, Rayleigh Johnson; siblings, Patty (Charles) Gibson, Vonda (Kenneth) Hubbard, Tioundra Lane; sibling in laws, Gloria Mosely, Barbara Johnson, Will (Linda) Jolly, Raymond (Laura) Jolly; and a host of extended friends and family.
