Obituary of Clara Marjorie Roles

WINDER, GA- Clara Marjorie Roles, 91, passed away on Sunday, January 16, 2022. A Memorial Service will be held in Parkway Memorial Gardens Saturday, February 5th, 11:00AM. She will be laid to rest next to her husband, Dale Gene Roles.

Clara was born August 26, 1930 in DeSoto, Kansas to the late Howard and Edna Caldwell. She retired as a civil servant on Robins Air Force Base. Clara was known as the Neighborhood “Rose Lady” at her previous residence on Tracy Terrace in Warner Robins. She enjoyed playing golf on the course whenever the opportunity arose. Most of all, Clara’s favorite thing in this life was loving her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. All who knew her will miss her.

Clara is survived by her son, Doug (Teresa) Roles of Lawrenceville; sisters: Joyce Fellers and Ethel Mae Ridgway; three grandchildren: Lauren (Brian) Brown, William Roles, and Rebecca (Matt) Gele’; and two great grandchildren: Olivia and Emma Brown.
