Obituary of Joetta Rusin

Joetta Dungan Rusin, age 75, passed away February 28, 2021 surrounded by her loving family. A graveside service will be held Thursday, March 4, 2021 at Parkway Memorial Gardens Mausoleum at 11:00 AM with Pastor Mike Parker officiating. You can watch the service live on Heritage Memorial Funeral Homes Facebook page. In lieu of flowers, the family ask donations be made to The Bridge Church, 2758 US-41, Fort Valley, GA 31030.

Joetta was born on June 20, 1945 to the late George Dungan and Nina Stevenson Dungan. She is also preceded in death by her previous husband, Tommy Dawsey. Joetta attended Green Acres Church and Westside Baptist Church where she taught Sunday school to adults and children's church. She also attended The bridge Church.  She enjoyed cross-stitching, dogs, the lord and her family. 

Joetta is survived by her husband of 26 years, Ronald Rusin; son, Richard Dawsey; extended family members as well as a countless number of friends.
