I had to share that image of Connie for her grandchildren. When I visited her at the Lodge, she would have all these beautiful remembrances of you on her ledge and they made her so happy! I think this expresses your singing, healer Grandma Rose you spoke so eloquently about at her memorial. Hugs to you all and to Wayne, of course!

I am so sorry about the loss. Regretfully, I never had the pleasure of meeting Connie Wayne was so proud of her. There will be an empty whole in his heart, but she is in a better place now. She now has eternal peace.

My Mother was a life of the party sort of person and so was her sister, my Aunt Connie. When you got the two of them together it was a laugh a minute and so much fun! All my life I loved Thanksgiving - not so much for the food, but because it meant my Uncle Wayne and Aunt Connie would be in town. So many happy memories of us all together. RIP Connie I Love You

I will surely miss my Aunt Connie. What a sweet and fun person she was. My mother, Louise Pinkard, was always happy to have Wayne and Connie visit her in Martinsville, Va. Connie was so easy going and such a happy individual who won't want her around. SO very blessed to have her part of my life.

I will miss my cousin, Connie, and all of the funny things we did together as children, and even as adults we still had lots of fun together. Connie was a very kind and generous person, the kind of person you wish would be here always. I loved you, Connie!

I’m so sorry to hear of Connie passing! I didn’t get to know Connie that well, we live next door to Wayne and Connie, and have for several years. I hope that Wayne was able to see Connie at least one more time before she departed this world, as Coronavirus had restricted visitors to the nursing home. Rest In Peace Connie!
