Obituary of Kenneth Long

Bonaire, Georgia – Kenneth Long passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 29, 2020 at Heart of Georgia Inpatient Unit with his beloved family at his bedside. A memorial service honoring his life will be held on Saturday, February 1, 2020 at 2:00PM at Peachtree Baptist Church.

Kenneth was born on December 30, 1950 to the late Audrey Anderson and James Long in Macon, Georgia. Kenneth was a simple man who loved to be around his friends and reminisce on the good times.  He was a huge Georgia Bulldogs fan who could be seen on Saturdays in front of the screen cheering on the Red and Black. Kenneth was most known for his love for his granddaughters that he cared and supported through all of their achievements.  He will forever be remembered as a loving father, grandfather, brother, and friend to many.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his brother, Captain Terry “TT” Long (Macon-Bibb Fire Department).

His memory will forever be cherished by his loving Son, Dusty Long (Mandi); Granddaughters, Macy Long, Haley Long; Brothers, Rick Long, Dennis Long, and a host of nieces and nephews.
